
Panasonic introduces two new AVCHD digital camcorders, the HDC-SD100 and HDC-HS100. They are world’s first AVCHD camcorder to come with a 1/6-inch 3MOS image sensor. The 3MOS offers 3×0.52 Megapixel resolution.
Both HDC-SD100 and HDC-HS100 feature 12x optical zoom and 30x digital zoom. You can also expect face detection, image stabilization and MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 recording. They have a 2.7-inch LCD display and support Dolby Digital (Dolby AC3)/5.1ch.
The HDC-SD100 comes with no internal storage but a SDHC card slot supporting up to 32GB of memory cards, while the HDC-HS100 comes with 60GB hard drive and a SD card slot.

JVC adds three new camcorders to its Everio series, they are GD-HD10, GZ-HD30 and GZ-HD40.
All of the three camcorder has a 1/3-inch 2.68 Megapixel image sensor, and a 10x optical zoom Konica Minolta HD lens. GD-HD10, GZ-HD30 and GZ-HD40 comes with 40GB, 80GB and 120GB storage capacity respectively.
The GD-HD10 can record HD video in AVCHD format, while the GD-HD40 and GZ-HD30 is able to record Full HD 1920×1080 videos in AVCHD format or 27Mbps MPEG-2 TS format. MicroSDHC card slot are also available.

Panasonic announced the new handheld AG-HMC150 AVCHD 1080 camcorder. The Panasonic AG-HMC150 comes with 3 CCD image sensor and a Leica Dicomar 13x zoom lens. The camcorder can record high quality 1080 and 720 high definition videos and encode in MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 high profile.
The AG-HMC150 offers also 14-bit A / D conversion, optical stabilization, and 19-bit image processor.

Panasonic introduces a new professional HD camcorder, the AG-HMC150, which “utilizes the second-generation long GOP HD standard called AVCHD”.
The Panasonic AG-HMC150 features 3 16:9 progressive 1/3-inch CDD sensor, 28mm Leica Dicomar wide-angle zoom lens, Optical image stabilizer. It can record 1080i and 720p videos at 13Mbps. It has also a 3.5-inch LCD display.
The camcorder supports XLR audio and HDMI inputs and it do recording on SD or SDHC memory cards.
